Greetings from the Club!
We are very happy to welcome our new Executive Chef, Joey Rojas to Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club!
Joey comes to us from Mesa Verde Country Club in Orange County where he worked the last two years; previously he worked at the Surf and Sand Hotel in Laguna Beach. Joey and his fiancée Shawna have a 2 year old, Noah and are expecting their second child soon. Joey was selected after an exhaustive search from over 75 applicants and several interviews including a cooking interview. Joey’s mission is to bring the level of food quality and menu variety offered at the club to the level of fine restaurants in the area. Our goal is to be your preferred dining destination choice regardless of the occasion, whether you and your family or guests are looking for a quick bite or celebrating a special occasion. Chef Joey will be happy to put together a special menu for you and your guests if you are looking for that unique place to celebrate a special occasion. I would like to remind our golf club members as well as every homeowner in the ranch whose e-mail is registered with us; we send out two weekly e-mail blasts. One e-blast which is emailed to all golf club members and homeowners in the ranch highlighting the social activities and events at the club, the second e-blast highlighting the golf events, tournaments and course notifications goes out to our golf club members. I encourage you to open these e blasts when you see them in your in box. We will occasionally send out e blasts reminding you of a special event or activity the day prior to or on the day of the event or activity.
Lastly, in this issue of our electronic newsletter, we have included a section for you to give us your feedback about this newsletter. We welcome your thoughts, suggestions, ideas or any other feedback you have pertaining to our new electronic newsletter. We are very committed to providing our members with the best communications resources available, let us hear from you!
